Rocky Surgident Manufacturing Incorporation is a private Limited Company Located in Sialkot, Pakistan successfully engaged in the manufacturing of specialized Surgical & Dental Instruments (i.e. Hollow Handles Instruments, Reverdin Needles, Curettes, Scalars, Root Elevator and Spoons etc.) assigned by its Parent company which is the one of leading manufacturer of Surgical & Dental Instruments and well know around the Globe.

We have 60 workers in our department to manufacture specialized instruments under the Supervision of Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad. All these workers are trained and well experienced. Trained workers maintain the Quality. Quality manuals are given to the employees for flawless supply. Which enable the Rocky Surgident to conform and exceed the requirement of customers. 

About CEO

Our CEO Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad is personally well experienced & Manufacturer of Hollow Handles Instruments, Reverdin Needles, Curettes, Scalars, Root Elevator & Spoons since 1980. Mr. Imtiaz ahmad also got training from well known German Surgical Instruments Manufacturing Company.  Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad is currently also the Director of his Parent Company.

Mr. Abdul Basit S/O Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad has also joined the business, which provides the opportunity to Rocky Surgident to introduce its self as specialized Instruments manufacturer around the globe.

Rocky Surgident is also enable to supply parts of the Instruments to the Manufacturing companies abroad such as Hollow handles or tips etc…

Hallow Handles

Rocky Surgident is the only manufacturer in the Sialkot, Pakistan which has almost 125 descriptions of dies of Hollow Handle.

CNC Machines

Rocky Surgident is the only manufacturer in Sialkot that does not weld the Instruments manually but we have CNC machines to weld these handles. Rocky Surgident also Manufacturer tips of scalars, elevators by using this CNC machines which enhance the accuracy and quality standard of instruments.

Stainless Steel

Rocky Surgident mostly use the steel type AISI-410, AISI-420, AISI-304, AISI-303 and AISI 440 series with defined specifications as per customer’s requirements. We select the material for different instruments according to guidelines of ASTM standard F899-94 and ISO 7153 standard. We always maintain the customer’s specified hardness of the instruments, and provide the instruments in all finish types like Satin. Mirror, Sand Blast etc…To further ensure the quality of our instruments, we perform all the requisite tests including Hardness Test, Boil Test, CuSO4 Test and all else deem necessary.
